Each Elf Bar provides approximately 600 puffs which is the equivalent of about 20 cigarettes. For a 20-a-day smoker, one Elf Bar lasts an entire day, and if you smoke less, it can extend even further. The puff count differs from person to person based on how long and hard you inhale.

Currently, Elf Bars are legally available to buy in the UK for customers over the age of 18. All our Elf Bars are genuine and only contain 2ml of nicotine salts. Elf Bar does manufacture larger devices with a greater puff count for use in other countries. These are not permitted in the UK market. The government has announced a ban on disposables, due to take effect in 2025, meaning some ELFBAR products will no longer be available.

Elf Bars used to come in various nicotine strengths, including 0mg, 10mg, and 20mg options. The reduced strength versions were withdrawn from the UK market because it was felt they encouraged underage vaping, therefore, their newer disposable vapes only come in 20mg.

When the liquid in your Elf Bar is gone, it ceases vapour production, often accompanied by a burnt taste, indicating it's time for a replacement. The newer kits also have a light which flashes when it's ready to be disposed of.
