Which products does the discount apply on?
The 25% discount applies to all e-liquids, excluding any existing offers and bundles. This discount will not work in conjunction with any other discount codes.
What identification is required?
We accept all Blue Light Cards, simply upload a photo to your account page and our customer service team will verify your account. For more details or to get your own card visit the Blue Light Card website.
Who is eligible for a Blue Light Card?
If you belong to any of the following groups, you can apply for a Blue Light Card: 4x4 Response, Ambulance Service, Blood Bikes, Border Force, British Army, Cave Rescue, Community First Responders, Fire Service, Highways England Traffic Officer, HM Armed Forces Veterans, HM Coastguard, HM Prison Service, Immigration Enforcement, Lowland Search and Rescue, MoD Fire Service, MoD Police, Mountain Rescue, NHS, Police, Red Cross, Reserve Armed Forces, RNLI, Royal Air Force, Royal Marines, Royal Navy, Search and Rescue, Second Line Responders, Social Care Workers, St Andrews Ambulance, St John Ambulance, and UK Visas and Immigration. What's the maximum I can order?
We do not restrict what you can order, however, all products which you purchase must be intended for sole use only. If we suspect that this isn't the case, we may remove this benefit from your account.
Can I purchase e-liquids for anyone else?
No, all products purchased with your Blue light Card must be intended for your use only and must not to be sold on to any third party.
Why has my Blue Light Card not been accepted?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept an application for this discount if the name on your Blue Light Card does not match the name on your Vampire Vape account. Please ensure you use your own account, or create a new account for yourself if you do not have one, before submitting your Blue Light Card. If you need any further assistance regarding your account or application, contact our customer service team.
Why can't I see any difference?
Once you have received your confirmation email you will need to log out of your account, and then log back in to see the discounted prices. If you need any help with this please contact our customer service team.
Why can't I change my address?
Once you are a verified member of the Blue Light Card you will be unable to change your shipping address as this is the address linked to your Blue Light Card. However if you do need to change your address, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to change this for you.
Do you offer a free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on all 10ml e-liquids, and orders over £20. Please read our Delivery Information page to learn more.
