Vampire Vape Loyalty Scheme

Vampire Vape Rewards Points are our way of giving something back to our loyal customers. Simply create an account on our website, or login to start earning points on every order you place. You can then use your loyalty points (up to 70% of the order value) to get money off on future purchases.

You can view your current balance of loyalty points by visiting your account area.

Once you add items to your basket, you'll find the option to save or spend your points on the final page of the checkout process. If you can't see this, you're not logged in.

Earning Reward Points

Earn 10 points for every £1 you spend.

Earn 200 points by simply creating an account.

Earn 200 points when you first sign up for our newsletter. (You can unsubscribe at any time.)

Earn 500 points on your birthday. (Once your birthday has been submitted, it cannot be changed, so please ensure this information is correct when entered.)

Spending Reward Points

Spend your points on future orders, up to 70% off the order total.

• 1 point = 1p

• 10 points = 10p

• 100 points = £1

• 500 points = £5

• 1,000 points = £10

For example, if you have 500 points, you could get £5 off a £20 order.

Rewards Scheme Terms & Conditions

• To be eligible for Reward Points, you must have an active account.
• Reward Points are earned from the date you become an account holder onwards. Points cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before your account was created.
• Reward Points will be automatically credited to your account once your order has been dispatched.
• Reward Points are not earned on shipping costs, gift cards, clearance items, sale items, or any other products specifically excluded from the scheme.
• You can view your Reward Points balance by logging into your account on the website.
• Reward Points expire 365 days after the date they are awarded to your account unless redeemed before expiry. We reserve the right to amend the Reward Points expiry period at any time without prior notice.
• Reward Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold, exchanged, assigned, or transferred to another person or account.
• During Reward Points promotional periods, only points earned during the applicable promotional period will qualify for any promotional multiplier or bonus. Existing Reward Points balances will not be multiplied unless expressly stated.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded, or otherwise reversed, any Reward Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
• If Reward Points have been redeemed against a purchase that is subsequently refunded, we reserve the right to deduct the redeemed Reward Points from your account balance. Where a faulty product is returned and Reward Points were used towards the purchase, the appropriate number of Reward Points may be credited back to your account at our discretion. No cash alternative will be provided.
• If Reward Points are credited to your account in error, we reserve the right to remove or adjust those Reward Points at any time.
• We reserve the right to remove Reward Points, suspend participation in the Reward Points scheme, or close an account where we reasonably believe that Reward Points have been earned, redeemed, or used fraudulently, dishonestly, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If your account is closed for any reason, any unused Reward Points associated with that account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or reinstated.
  We reserve the right to amend the method by which Reward Points are earned, calculated, awarded, or redeemed, including excluding any taxes, duties, levies, fees, or other charges from the Reward Points calculation, at any time.
• We do not guarantee that the Reward Points scheme will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free and accept no liability for any technical issues, system failures, or delays affecting the accrual, balance, or redemption of Reward Points.
• We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, replace, or amend the Reward Points scheme, including these Terms & Conditions, the rate at which Reward Points are earned or redeemed, or any individual customer account, at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
• Should the Reward Points scheme be cancelled, suspended, or withdrawn, any unused Reward Points may be forfeited. We shall have no further liability or obligation to customers in respect of the scheme, any accrued or unredeemed Reward Points, or any loss arising from the amendment, suspension, or termination of the scheme.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising in connection with the Reward Points scheme shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
